First,
thank you very much for your commitment to giving
our kids a positive sports experience. We know
that it's not easy to juggle family, job and
a team of kids whose passing skills may need
serious work. On behalf of this community of
families, we want to let you know that we appreciate
the sacrifice you're making and how grateful
we are for the lifelong impact your positive
attitude will have on the kids you interact
with.
Also,
in the course of the season (and often before
we've even started) lots of questions, issues,
concerns and ideas about how to make things
work better may come up. DON'T HOLD IT IN! Talk
to your Division Coordinator or one of our Head
Coaches or to any Board Member and let us know
what you're thinking. You're in the front lines
of this organization and you see things that
other volunteers may not. Please share your
experiences with us. For other resources, check
out www.soccer.org and www.aysonyc.org, both
of which can link you to a lot of other info.
